Wartburg College offers a Health Care Reimbursement Plan, a Dependent Care Assistance Program, and an Adoption Assistance plan.

How do they work? Before the start of each Plan Year (Sept. 1), employees can elect some future compensation paid to the Plan(s). These tax-free "redirected" amounts are used to pay expenses normally paid with out-of-pocket, taxable dollars.

Eligibility: Full-time faculty status (5/7 load), administrative who work at least 3/4 time, and support staff who work at least 1486 hours per year
